Bay Mode is a daily focus system: one named rule a day. DayDeck is the app that makes it operational — tasks, your existing Google Calendar (read-only), notes, and a focus timer, cross-linked so nothing lives in isolation.

Four parts. One deck.
- Tasks — the one-task test: pick the single task that makes today count, and see it against everything else you're avoiding.
- Calendar — read-only Google Calendar, so your existing day shows up next to the work — no second calendar to maintain.
- Notes — linked to tasks and days directly, not a separate app you forget to open.
- Focus timer — runs the 90-minute lock-in and closes the day with the shutdown protocol, so “done” is a decision, not a guess.

DayDeck is a web app. Open app.baymode.co in your browser, then install it to your home screen.
- Chrome, Edge, Android — use the install prompt in the address bar, or the in-app prompt when it appears.
