Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bay Mode and DayDeck (“DayDeck,” “we,” “us”), a productivity web application operated by Stitch Hospitality LLC. By using DayDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DayDeck.

The service

DayDeck provides personal productivity tools — tasks, a read-only Google Calendar view, notes, and a focus timer. The app is at app.baymode.co. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use DayDeck.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in DayDeck (your tasks, notes, and entries). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the service works. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it. How we handle your data, including Google Calendar access, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use DayDeck to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with or attack the service or its infrastructure.

Availability and changes

DayDeck is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Paid features

If DayDeck introduces paid features, the pricing and payment terms will be presented at the point of purchase and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitch Hospitality LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DayDeck. DayDeck is a productivity tool; keep your own backups of anything critical.

Termination

You may stop using DayDeck at any time and request account deletion by emailing chris@stitchhospitality.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, a more prominent notice.
